Company Policies/By-Laws

The shareholders of the company set up policiies and by-laws that govern their operations

Article 1/2025: Loyalty & integrity
All company members shall keep company information or any form of company issues confidential between themselves & the company. Any member caught off guarded shall seek forgiveness from all company members and failure to be forgiven could be kicked out!

Article 2/2025: Time keeping is key especially during meetings
All company members are expected to be present for company activities especially during meetings. Persistent absenteeism or late coming is punishable by fine of UGX 2000.

Article 3/2025: Profit Sharing
All company profits shall be shared according to owner’s number of shares attained, that is, those with most shares shall still suffer less when it comes to losses. Profit is strictly not part of the wage obtained from any meeting.

Article 4/2025: Good relations with fellow company members & customers
All company members are expected to be at good terms with each other and customers. Incase misunderstandings arise among company members, it will be settled by the Human resource manager,

Article 5/2025: Accomplish all assignments entitled
Members shall accomplish all the assignments entitled to them by the human resource manager and multi-tasking shall highly be encouraged among the members.

Article 6/2025: Transparency socially, financially & politically
All company members shall be expected to show a respectable degree of transparency in leadership of their departments, among other company members and company friends, accountability for company funds is key.
