Go Farm JA Company started out with UGX 120,000  capital from four members and later in May the company’s capital hit UGX 450,000, with new shareholders on board. 10 shareholders own 30 shares. Sales peaked in March and shares were the major sources of our capital although we managed to raise money from donations and facilitations.

Some money was also spent on wages and company members welfare so as to encourage co-operation. When we started out in our fourth meeting we drafted a budget that anticipated a net cash position of  UGX 2,000,000. It is good to announce that our net cash position from the last five months is UGX 2,774,000 which shows a growth of 39% from our initial expected standing.
